About JeRK

Art worth riding.

JeRK Skateboards started with Jake’s original artwork and a love of skateboarding. The name comes from his initials—Jacob Ryan King—but the characters, colors, and designs give it a personality all its own.

Jake is the creative force behind JeRK. His imagination drives the artwork on our decks, shirts, and stickers. We’re a small family business helping him bring that work to life and share it with people who connect with it.

We’re building JeRK for everyday skaters—the people learning their first trick, putting in another attempt, or heading out simply because they love to ride. Our aim is straightforward: original designs, quality boards, and fair prices.

We’re starting small and growing as we go. Along the way, we want to meet people, spend time at skateparks, and see these designs out in the world—under someone’s feet, on their favorite shirt, or stuck to something they’ve made their own.

Giving back, one deck at a time.

We want JeRK to give back to the skate community that inspires us. For every 20 skateboard decks we sell, we’ll gift one deck to a deserving skater—someone showing persistence, heart, or kindness at the park.

You don’t have to land every trick to deserve a little encouragement. Sometimes, showing up and trying again is what matters most.
